Your address, built to pass the checks banks run
Some UK addresses carry tens of thousands of companies behind a single door, and automated bank and KYC checks read a mass-registration address for exactly what it is – the result is manual reviews, portal loops and stalled applications that cost weeks of trading. Your company lives at Vaulex House in Penarth instead: three named buildings, each listed in its own right on the Royal Mail Postcode Address File, with occupancy strictly capped. Your address appears in the bank’s own address picker and passes the check – and the rest of the application is judged on your company, not on a crowded door.
We limit how many companies can register at our address, so it never becomes a crowd – and we close a building to new companies rather than let it get near one.
Your registered office is a real, individually addressed building on the Royal Mail Postcode Address File – the dataset address-validation software checks against.
