About Vaulex Group
Vaulex Group Ltd is an HMRC-supervised Trust or Company Service Provider and a Companies House Authorised Corporate Service Provider. From three individually addressed buildings at Vaulex House in Penarth, we form, verify, house and serve UK limited companies – with the supervision and the premises in place before the first customer, not after.

We do not publish review counts we have not earned or statistics we cannot show you. These four are on the public registers, the Royal Mail Postcode Address File and our own price list.

Who we are
Most formation agents begin with a website and add the compliance later. Vaulex Group was set up the other way round. The HMRC supervision, the Companies House authorisation, the ICO registration and the buildings were secured first, because everything a customer actually relies on – an address that clears a bank’s checks, a filing that is accepted, a verification the register recognises – depends on them.
The business is deliberately structured around automation for everything repeatable – deadlines, reminders, renewals, filings – and a named person for everything that is not. That is what lets a small, supervised firm offer unlimited mail scanning on every plan, a two-hour priority scanning service and identity verification as part of the formation rather than a separate errand.
The digital services in our plans – business landline, professional email, website and cloud drive – are delivered by a sister company under the same ownership rather than resold from a third party.
We are new. Vaulex Group Ltd was formed on 31 January 2026, and we would rather say so than pretend to a track record we have not earned yet. What you can check today is on the public registers and at Woodland Place. The reviews will come one client at a time.

Regulatory standing
The Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 made identity verification mandatory for directors and people with significant control, and placed the agents who carry it out under a stricter regime. Vaulex Group was built for that regime from the outset.

Leadership
Zak founded Vaulex Group and leads its compliance function personally. He is an ICA Certified Practitioner, having completed the International Compliance Association’s anti-money-laundering qualification, and he is accountable for the firm’s anti-money-laundering controls, its customer due diligence and its Companies House filings.
His background is in building and running digital businesses. The same in-house capability supplies the business landlines, professional email, websites and cloud storage in our plans, which is why those services are delivered by our own group rather than resold from a third party.
The estate
Vaulex House is a 6,000-square-foot estate at Woodland Place, Penarth CF64 2EX, made up of three individually named buildings. Each appears in its own right on the Royal Mail Postcode Address File, which is what lets an address resolve cleanly the first time a bank or a supplier runs a lookup.

Premium trading address with priority mail handling.

How we operate
Every plan is a rolling monthly subscription with no setup fee and no annual contract.
Your post is opened and scanned in the building it arrives at, by the people who run it.
Deadlines, reminders, renewals and filings run on systems; judgement calls go to a named person.
Customer due diligence is a legal requirement we treat as the point of the service, not a box.
The wider group
UKBOX Ltd, a UK web-hosting, web-design and digital-marketing business under the same ownership, supplies the business landlines, professional email, websites and cloud drives that Business in a Box and our add-ons include. It is the reason a formation agent can promise those services are built and run in-house, on our own UK servers, rather than resold.
