Don’t put your home address on your website, invoices or with suppliers – use ours instead. A named building at Vaulex House, Penarth, with every letter scanned to your dashboard, so you look established and stay private. No company required.
TODAY'S POST – SCANNED, NOT METERED
THIS MONTH
Every letter is opened, scanned and filed in our own buildings, by our own team, on our own software – so the features below are built in, not bolted on.
HMRC, Companies House, your bank, your customers and suppliers: all of your mail, scanned to your dashboard the next working day. No per-letter fee, no monthly cap.
HMRC · Companies House · Government & regulators · Bank & finance · Business · Personal · Junk. Every scan a searchable PDF, statutory post flagged the moment it lands.
Give your accountant, bookkeeper or assistant their own login to the folders you choose. Read-only, emailed when something lands, every open on the audit trail, revoked in a click.
Every letter in your dashboard within two working hours of arriving, timed from the CCTV at the letterbox and shown on each item. Miss it and that month’s fee is refunded. Included in E-Commerce Hub.
Circulars, marketing mailers and duplicate statements filed to your Junk folder before they reach you – never binned unread, and statutory post is never filtered. Your dashboard stays signal.
Ask from the scan and the original is posted on at Royal Mail cost plus £1.25. Parcels up to 9 kg go into your building’s secure box, logged the same day; DHL next working day £14.99.
From £39.99 a month · £99 on day one, covering setup and your first month · or pay yearly with two months free · cancel any time
You trade as a sole trader or a partnership – or your company is registered at another address – and want a professional UK address with your post scanned. It is a business address, not a registered office, so there is no Companies House filing. That’s exactly this.
Get your address ›If you run – or want to form – a limited company, your registered office and every director’s service address come built into a formation or switch plan, with the identity checks and filing handled for you.

Most businesses begin at home. The problem is that the home address quietly follows the business everywhere – and once it is out there, you cannot pull it back. A trading address at Vaulex House stops that on day one.
A laptop, a trading name, your first customers. Nobody thinks about the address on the first invoice – it is just where you live.
It ends up on invoices, your website footer, marketplace listings, supplier forms and Google. Anyone who wants to find you can – customers, competitors, cold callers.
A named building in Penarth on your website, invoices and bank forms. Customers see an established business with a real street address. Nobody sees your front door.
Every letter is scanned into your dashboard the next working day – unlimited, never a per-letter charge – and franked on to you whenever you want the original.
Built for: sole traders · freelancers and consultants · online sellers · partnerships · UK companies registered elsewhere

If you trade from home, every invoice, website footer and supplier form is another place your front door is published. A trading address at Vaulex House fixes that in one move.
Customers, suppliers and anyone who searches for your business see Vaulex House, Penarth – not where you live. Your home stays your home.
A named building on the Royal Mail Postcode Address File with strictly capped occupancy – so banks, marketplaces and HMRC accept it first time, and it never reads as a mail-drop.
Every letter is scanned into your dashboard the next working day, unlimited. Originals are held for you or posted on whenever you ask – you never miss a thing.
One plan · everything included
Charging you for an automated process is unethical. Wherever mail is included, every letter is scanned – not just government post – with no metering and no scanning credits.
What £39.99 a month buys
A named building at Vaulex House, individually listed on the Royal Mail Postcode Address File with occupancy strictly capped, so banks and HMRC recognise your address first time. Every letter scanned to your dashboard the day it arrives – unlimited, no credits, no meters, no fair-use small print. Originals held for 90 days and posted on at cost, parcels accepted, and an identity check on everyone who uses the address, which is what keeps yours clean. One monthly fee, nothing metered, and the price you join on is the price you stay on.
The honest economics
Why we can scan every letter free.
Vaulex House runs a dedicated automated scanning line – post is opened, scanned and OCR-indexed in one pass, straight to your dashboard. No admin team pushing paper around.
Every building is strictly capped, so daily post volume is predictable. The true marginal cost of scanning your letter is pennies – and we price like it.
Scanning is automated and our occupancy is capped, so the cost of a letter is pennies. Charging you per letter for an automated process is not cost recovery – it is a hidden fee, and there is not one on any Vaulex Group plan.
The address itself
We worked with the local council and Royal Mail to have each of our three buildings individually registered on the Postcode Address File – the national address database that banks, HMRC, Companies House and every delivery network check against. The Courtyard, The Annexe and The Exchange each hold their own listing. Most virtual office addresses cannot say that.
Type the postcode into a bank onboarding form and your building is right there in the list – no manual entry, no 'address not found', no explaining yourself.
Bank and government KYC systems verify addresses against the PAF. A recognised, deliverable address means fewer manual reviews, fewer holds and faster onboarding.
Named buildings on a 6,000 sq ft private estate in premium Penarth – an address that looks like a business, because it is one.
How it works
No forms to print, no appointment, no visit. Choose your building, verify who you are, and start using the address as soon as we have passed your check – usually the same working day.
Your trading address sits at a named building on site – each individually listed on the Royal Mail Postcode Address File, with strictly capped occupancy. From £39.99 a month, with £99 on day one covering setup and your first month.
As an HMRC-supervised TCSP we run a quick biometric identity check on every address customer – it takes minutes from your phone, and it is exactly why our addresses stay clean with banks and marketplaces.
Put it on your website, your invoices and your bank forms the moment you are verified. Add parcels, a landline or a spam filter whenever you need them – nothing is bundled in that you did not ask for.
Every letter is opened and scanned into your dashboard the next working day – unlimited, never a per-letter charge – and held for 90 days or posted on whenever you ask.
A real building, not a mailbox
Some addresses carry tens of thousands of companies behind a single door; the public register shows it, and banks check. Vaulex House is three named buildings in Penarth, each listed in its own right on the Royal Mail Postcode Address File, with occupancy strictly capped – so your address appears in the bank’s own address picker and your application goes through.

FAQs
No – a Virtual Office is a business address only, never a registered office or a director’s service address. For those, move your company to us on a switch plan, from £39.99 a month: it includes the registered office, a service address for every director and the trading address, and we file the change with Companies House for you.
It is scanned by the next working day – every letter, not just government post – and lands in your dashboard as a searchable PDF with an email notification. Originals are stored securely for 90 days.
Scanning is free and unlimited – that never costs you anything. Sending the paper original on is the only part that carries a charge, because it carries a real cost.
Letters and documents: Royal Mail postage at cost, plus a flat £1.25 handling fee. A 1st Class large letter works out at £4.85 all in. We show you both numbers before anything is sent, and nothing goes out without your say-so.
Parcels up to 9kg: £14.99 flat, DHL next working day. One price, no weight bands to work out.
That is the whole list. No postage deposits to top up, no credits that expire, and no percentage added to the stamp.
Yes. Parcels up to 380×320×160mm go into your building's secure box, and we dispatch by DHL next working day (up to 9kg) at one set price – no surprise handling fees.
Really. No scanning credits, no meters, no "fair use" small print. Scanning is automated – and charging you for an automated process is wrong.
The address is built to pass the checks banks actually run: three named buildings with their own Royal Mail addresses, strictly capped occupancy, and an HMRC-supervised TCSP running the site. No bank-flagged mailbox postcodes.
No – and this is true of every registered office and virtual office address, not just ours. Google’s guidelines exclude an address you rent but do not operate from, and a shared or serviced office only qualifies if it is staffed during business hours by your own people. Most providers leave that out.
Use your Vaulex House address with HMRC, your bank, on invoices, on your website and with marketplaces. For Google, list the premises you actually work from, or set up a service-area profile with no public address.
The Switch does it for you: we file the registered-office change with Companies House, your address is reserved before you cancel anything, and your mail never stops. See The Switch page for the walkthrough.
Yes – every Vaulex Group client passes identity verification (identity verification and AML screening) before an address goes live. It takes minutes, it is included in your plan, and it is exactly why our addresses stay clean with banks and HMRC.
Three buildings · one site
The Courtyard is included in the price. The Annexe is £5 a month more and The Exchange £10 more – you choose when you order.
