Before you choose a provider
The price on the card is the easy part. These four decide what a company actually costs to run – and whether your address will stand up when a bank looks at it.
Ask what the registered office, each director’s service address and the trading address cost once the first year is over. Ours: the same monthly fee, with everything still in it.
“Free mail handling” often means statutory post only, with business mail charged per scan or held. Ours: every letter, unlimited, scanned to your dashboard.
Congested addresses are flagged by bank KYC systems. Ask for the building, not the postcode. Ours: three named buildings, each on the Royal Mail PAF, occupancy capped.
Every director must be verified. Ask whether it is included, per person, or billed later – and whether it is done in-house. Ours: up to four directors, by our own AML team, included.
