We are an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (AP021384), so we verify you ourselves and your personal Companies House code comes from us – for up to four directors, included in the price you see. Others advertise it as free and then bill for the parts that are not: an hourly rate for an overseas review, or a per-person fee disclosed after incorporation. Additional directors beyond four are £149.99 each, and we tell you before we charge it.

Banking & payments
Your company needs somewhere to bank before it can trade. Through the banking programme built into our platform we can put you in front of a provider as soon as you are formed – no charge, no obligation, and nothing in your plan changes if you would rather arrange your own.
Providers currently available through the programme include Barclays, Lloyds Bank, NatWest, Monzo and Tide, with SumUp for card payments. The introduction is made through the platform; the account and the decision are entirely between you and the bank.
