The whole bill
A registered office and a service address for up to four directors, at a named building – where the usual model is one address and a fee per person. Identity verification for four directors, done by our own AML team as your Authorised Corporate Service Provider – where the usual model is per person, per attempt. Every letter scanned and filed, statutory and business post alike – where “free scanning” usually means government post only, with business post metered or held for a separate business-address service. A dashboard with your documents, your post, your deadlines and your team’s access. People who answer the phone. No VAT added, because we are not VAT registered. The £100 Companies House fee is the only other line, and it is theirs.
Pay monthly, cancel any time – or pay yearly and get two months free. Ten months’ price for twelve, the same price at every renewal, and a yearly plan cancelled part-way has its unused full months refunded.
