This is not another app. As a Companies House-authorised ACSP we verify your identity ourselves: an ICA-qualified anti-money-laundering specialist reviews your documents, handles the cases the app rejects and confirms you to Companies House. Fully remote, wherever in the world you live.
Passport chip read on your phone, then a named specialist reviews it – your time zone, not ours.
"Overseas compliance reviews" billed by the hour, non-refundable even when verification fails. Not here.
Direct line to your case handler, 7 days a week in deadline windows.
Every letter, on every plan, scanned to your dashboard – no per-item fees, no monthly cap.
Filed by an Authorised Corporate Service Provider through our direct Companies House connection, with identity checks to the Companies House standard.
Phone numbers, mail scanning, websites, email and cloud drive – built and run by our own team, never handed to a third party.
We understand where you are
Dubai, Lisbon, Sydney, Singapore – wherever you are now, the company is still on the register, the filings still fall due, and Companies House now needs you personally verified. The GOV.UK One Login app was built for someone sitting in the UK with a UK phone, a UK address history and UK documents. From abroad it fails for the most ordinary reasons.
Support hours are UK hours. When the app fails at 11pm in Dubai there is nobody to speak to and nothing to do but try again tomorrow.
The app expects both. A foreign number, a foreign address or a UK address you left years ago is where many people get stuck.
A residence permit, a second passport, a certificate issued abroad – valid documents the app simply does not support.
An older phone, no NFC, or a likeness check that fails in poor light. The app cannot tell the difference between fraud and a bad angle.
Years outside the UK means a thin or empty footprint here. Automated checks have nothing to compare, so they stop.
You did everything right. The app still will not finish. That is the point at which you need a person, not another attempt.
That is where we come in
Vaulex Group is a Companies House-authorised ACSP (AP021384) and an HMRC-supervised TCSP. That means we can verify you ourselves, from anywhere in the world, and confirm it to Companies House – the only alternative to the app that the law allows.
One more thing, while you are here
A lot of overseas owners still have the company registered at a friend’s or a family member’s home, or at a flat they left years ago. That address is public, the post lands with someone else, and deadlines get missed – and under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 every company must keep an appropriate registered office. Once you are verified with us, moving the company takes minutes.
Your registered office and every director’s service address move to Vaulex House, Penarth. We file the change – no setup fee, no government fee.
HMRC, Companies House, the bank – all scanned into your dashboard the next working day, unlimited. Nothing sits unopened on someone else’s doormat.
Switch plans start at £39.99 a month, with no setup fee and no government fee to move. Cancel any time.
Stay compliant from anywhere in the world – verified, addressed and filed by one regulated provider.
Move my company →Get verified first →Every route below is the same statutory check, done by us as the authorised agent. What changes is how fast it goes through, and whether you move your address at the same time.
The statutory check and nothing else. Your registered office, agent and accountant all stay exactly as they are.
The same check with a 24-hour fast track, for anyone who has left it close to their deadline.
Verified and moved in one pass – one provider for the check and the address.
For a deadline that is days away and an address that should not be on the public register either.
How you buy it. Create your account first, add the company, and the service is bought from your dashboard – we show you exactly where, and we will walk it through with you if you would rather. There is deliberately no card form on this page: we confirm the price with you before any check runs. The £149 credit applies to the standard verification fee.

The non-resident director's quiet problem
British directors living abroad tend to have the same three problems at once: a registered office that is really someone's front door, an address on the public register that stopped being true years ago, and statutory post arriving where nobody opens it.
One provider, one compliance file, no loose ends – and we file the Companies House change for you.
