We use as few cookies as we can. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising networks on our sites, and anything used to measure our marketing stays off unless you choose "Accept analytics". This policy covers vaulex.co.uk and our client portal, my.vaulex.co.uk.

1. What a cookie is

A small file a website stores on your device so it can remember something between page loads – that you are logged in, for example. Some sites also use similar browser storage; we treat it the same way.

Note on ef_urchin_referrer. This cookie is set by the platform that runs vaulex.co.uk when you first visit, before you make a cookie choice. We are asking our platform provider to set it only after you accept non-essential cookies. Until then, you can delete it at any time in your browser; doing so does not affect the service you receive.

3. How you found us – without storing anything

When you click from one of our pages to another, or to our portal, the link can carry what that page already shows – for example the campaign tags on the link you arrived by, or the site that sent you. Without your consent nothing is stored on your device to do this: it is passed along in the link, and the portal notes it as part of the session it needs for your order anyway. See our Privacy Policy for how we use it.

4. Payments

When you pay, you are taken to our payment processor, Stripe, which sets cookies needed to process the payment securely and to prevent fraud. Those are strictly necessary for checkout.

5. Fonts and icons

Our pages load fonts and icons from third-party content delivery networks (Google Fonts, Font Awesome, jsDelivr and cdnjs). They receive your IP address so they can deliver the files, but they do not set cookies on our sites.

6. Your choice

You can change your mind at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in our footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Declining non-essential cookies does not reduce the service you receive.

7. More

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data generally.
