Same-Day Company Formation
Order by 12pm (midday) on a working day. We move your identity and anti-money-laundering checks to the front of the queue, file with Companies House the same afternoon, and your company is incorporated before the day is out.
Cut-off 12pmOrder by 12pm (midday) UK time on a working day for incorporation today. What you pay
Every same-day order shows the same three figures at checkout, on top of the monthly plan you choose. The government fees go straight to Companies House at exactly the amount it charges.
Our same-day fee. It moves your identity and anti-money-laundering checks ahead of every other order that day and covers the same-afternoon filing.
The standard incorporation fee every company pays. It is a separate line on every Vaulex Group formation, same-day or not.
The same-day supplement. Companies House only offers it through filing software, which is why you cannot buy it direct.
Worked example using our entry plan. Business Pro, Business in a Box and E-Commerce Hub replace the first line with their own monthly price; the other three lines never change.
How it works
The same steps as any formation with us – just run in the order that gets your application in front of Companies House before it closes for the day.
Choose your plan, add Same-Day Formation at checkout and pay. The name check, directors, shareholders and registered office are all captured in the same order.
Identity verification for your directors and our anti-money-laundering checks jump the queue. Keep your phone and ID to hand – if we need anything, we ask immediately.
Your application is submitted through the same-day channel before the 3pm Companies House cut-off.
Companies House processes same-day applications on the day. Your company number, certificate of incorporation and dashboard are ready to use.
Have these ready
Same-day only works when nothing has to wait for you. Gather these before you order and the checks clear first time.
Orders after 12pm, at weekends or on bank holidays go to Companies House on the next working day. If you have missed the cut-off, we tell you rather than take the fee.
If a check raises a question we cannot resolve before the Companies House cut-off, the filing moves to the next working day and you hear it from us first.
Same-day is a Companies House service for new incorporations only. If you are moving an existing company to us, see our Switch service – there is no Companies House fee for that.
Questions
Order by 12pm (midday) UK time on a working day. Companies House closes its same-day window at 3pm, so a midday cut-off leaves time for the prioritised identity and anti-money-laundering checks and the filing. Orders placed after midday, or on a weekend or bank holiday, are filed on the next working day.
Three lines, all shown at checkout: our £99 fee for the prioritised identity and anti-money-laundering checks and the filing; the standard £100 Companies House incorporation fee; and the £56 Companies House same-day supplement. The £156 goes straight to Companies House. Your monthly plan (from £24.99) is on top, exactly as it is for a standard formation.
No. The same-day service is only available through filing software, which is why it is sold by formation agents. Companies House’s own web route does not offer it.
Because your checks are at the front of the queue, we contact you straight away. Answer promptly and the filing still goes the same afternoon. If a question cannot be resolved before Companies House’s cut-off, the application goes on the next working day and we tell you so rather than leave you guessing.
No. Same-day is a Companies House service for new incorporations only. Moving an existing company’s registered office to Vaulex Group is a different filing, and there is no Companies House fee for it.
